How to book
- Check the calendar for existing bookings.
- Complete the form underneath with your contact details, requested date, start and finish times, and planned activity.
- For repeat sessions, list every date and its times.
Please submit requests at least one calendar month in advance.
The Parish Council will review your request and contact you by email. Please wait for written confirmation before treating your session as booked.
🟢 Approved bookings appear in green on the calendar. Pending requests and personal contact details remain private.
