Village events
Organising a public event in Kirmington or Croxton? Send the details below for the Parish Council to review. Approved listings can appear on the calendar wherever in the villages they take place, not just on the playing field.
Only include information intended for publication in the event name, venue and event-details fields. Your name and email remain private. An event listing does not reserve a venue or confirm a playing-field booking.
Submit a village event
Provide the event date, times and public venue. Submissions are sent to the council inbox and are not published automatically.
Playing-field bookings
A request is only confirmed when the Parish Council has approved it and contacted you.
Please include the date, start and finish times, and what you would like to use the field for. For repeat bookings, list every date and its times in the activity and details box.
Your request is sent privately to the council inbox. We will review it and contact you to confirm or discuss it. A blank time on the calendar does not guarantee approval. If your approved field booking is also a public village event, let the council know you would like it listed as an event too.
